Elevated WhatsApp message delivery latency
Between 14:22 and 15:47 SAST, some customers experienced delayed message delivery through the WhatsApp Gateway. Root cause was identified as upstream Meta API congestion. All messages were queued and delivered successfully after the issue resolved. No messages were lost.

Payment reconciliation report delays
Scheduled payment reconciliation reports were delayed by approximately 40 minutes due to a background job queue backup. Live payment processing was unaffected throughout. The queue backlog was cleared and reports were delivered to all customers by 09:15 SAST.

Dashboard analytics loading slowly for large accounts
Accounts with more than 5,000 contacts experienced slow dashboard loading times during a database migration window from 02:00 to 03:30 SAST. The migration was completed successfully and performance returned to normal. No data was lost or affected.
